Corrections policy

Accuracy matters. When we confirm a material error, we correct it promptly and explain the change clearly on the affected article.

Submitting a correction

A correction request should identify the article, the statement in question and any supporting source. Requests are reviewed against the available evidence.

Updates and clarifications

Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made silently. Changes that affect meaning receive a visible correction or clarification note.
